"I didn't know what to expect signing up to Ingrid's Foundational Singing course. In the weeks that followed I discovered an experience unlike any other. It was fun, empowering, and surprising to see real changes in myself and others. Together we found our voices and our confidence, which trickled out into other parts of our lives. I highly recommend this course". |
This course is designed for anyone wishing to free and strengthen their voice, whether a beginner or a singer with more experience. In a safe, supported, and nurturing environment, we will develop the foundations for a good singing technique.
We will consider all aspects of our body as an instrument, working through breath, movement and sound. We will release physical and psychological tensions and frustrations. There will be a mixture of group work and individual attention, with everyone learning from each other. We will make lots and lots of sounds, of all sorts, and I believe you will begin to learn to love your unique, powerful, amazing voice, and to relish opportunities to express yourself - your fundamental self, telling life the way it really is. We will listen, sound and share. You will gain confidence, and step forward in life more equipped to look after your voice in all types of singing.
